Born in Glasgow, Janice moved to London when she was 19 years old to train as an actress hoping for fame and fortune. Amazingly, Hollywood didn't snap her up, so she forged ahead into the glamorous world of events management.

After a few years, Janice was ready for a change and retrained as a TEFL teacher and spent many years travelling the world teaching English to students of all ages.
Working and living in other countries inspired the travel bug inside of Janice, she loves visiting new places, eating different foods and seeing different styles of architecture and soaking up the history of any city or town where she found herself.

Eventually Janice returned home to Glasgow and having always had a love of massage it just gelt right that this would be her future.
Initially training as a Massage Therapist at Glasgow Clyde College, she took a post-graduate course in Complementary Therapies within Clinical Practice. This course taught her the adaptive techniques and skills to work with clients with life-limiting/terminal conditions such as cancer, heart failure, COPD, MND and other illnesses.

Janice received a Highly Commended pass for the course, an honour only given to a few select students each year.
While Janice loves offering Swedish Massage, Indian Head, Reflexology and Aromatherapy treatments, she would also love the opportunity to work with people who have or are recovering from serious illness (or even friends and family, as caring for a loved one who is ill can be enormously stressful)>

Janice is also qualified to offer guided meditations and mindfulness sessions which we hope to expand to classes in the near future.

"I am excited to start my journey with Sally and the team. I look forward to meeting new clients, making new friends and creating happy memories."

Janice will be available on Mondays 10am - 8pm, Fridays 4pm - 8pm and alternate saturdays beginning on August 7th.
