Craniosacral Awesomeness.

For those who don't know about Craniosacral work:
Craniosacral is a therapy that uses gentle manual pressure applied to the skull, spine, and membranes to restore rhythmic flow to the craniosacral system (brain, spinal cord, cerebrospinal fluid, and surrounding membranes).

I've had a few treatments over the years, with another one this past Saturday from a fellow student.
I have to say, Saturday night I had one of the best nights sleeps I have had in over 6 months.

I've always been interested in getting some training in this modality, especially if I could have made it to Upledger for the courses, however with our planned move in April, it just wasn't going to be possible.

So now I am researching Craniosacral schools in the UK for some potential training resources.
Sadly there doesn't appear to be any in Scotland, but as long as I can do it on weekends, I don't mind heading south of the border.

What Modalities are you interested in learning, or what are you favorite modalities to practice?
