It's that time of the week again!

Working out is hard to do!


As with most other suckers people at the start of my year I always have my workout plans and training schedules.
Im currently doing the P90X workout, and am training to take part in my second Marathon.

I ust wish it wasnt so hard to get motivated to do the workouts.
I keep reminding myself about how awesome I feel afterwards, because I really do feel good when I'm finished.
I just get so bored/lonely doing it on my own and can't wait until it's over.

I also realized that its been almost 2 months since I had a visit with my Massage Therapist. THIS IS NOT GOOD!
So I need to call tomorrow and get some appointments made, before I do too much harm to my poor fragile body.
